    Lavender is good for lots of things.

    I chose Garden of Life as I've used their products for 20 yrs.Lavender is good for headaches, restless leg, and just for calming down.I use at night and the grandkids always ask for the oil that helps them sleep.Essential oils can be expensive, but this one is reasonable as no multi level pricing.
