    No issues. TAKE THE CORRECT DOSAGE.

    These WILL work. Just be patient and follow the directions

    These are amazing. Once I turned 30, I noticed that my always flat stomach started having a tiny little "something". I was actually on the hunt for antioxidant supplements when I came across the ingredient fucoxanthinin. I then looked into supplements that included it and came across these. I was diligent for the first few weeks. I took 2, sometimes 3 pills per day (per the instructions). I always spaced them out. After 3-4 weeks? I started noticing differences. You HAVE to be patient. Read the literature, the weight loss isnt instantaneous but it is proven. I love them because they arent a stimulant and because they also function as an antioxidant. Win-win! Now I only take 1 a day, sometimes everyother day and ive had absolutely no issues gaining the weight back. Dont take 2 before bed. Not because they keep you awake (they don't, they arent a stimulant) but the thermogenesis caused me to get too hot. I dont like sleeping without covers so it was a whole ordeal. You probably shouldnt take 2 at once anyway so just learn from my mistake and you'll be fine. I should say that I dont notice any temperature change when I just take 1. The negative side effect... I work out less because I dont feel like I have to (but i know that I should). These were life changing. I do want to add, if you are looking to lose 20+ lbs, I cant speak to you situation. I only had 5 to get rid of. You should read the studies linked to fucoxanthin (I'm a health nerd so I did before consuming). I couldnt find anything detrimental and another positive, they followed the study participants for 3-4 months post trial and they hadn't gained the weight back. If you are scouring the internet for weight loss supplements, stop here. These are the safest that I've ever seen and they work.

    Hard to judge if it's working, but I think it is

    I'm doing three things concurrently to lose weight, and while I've been very successful (fourteen pounds in nine weeks) it's difficult for me to isolate which thing is having the greatest effect. I suspect everything is playing a part. I'm following the FastDiet (eating 500 calories a day twice a week and eating normally the other five), eating dessert with breakfast (on the non-fasting days) to suppress ghrelin levels later in the day, and taking three Fucothin tablets three times a day with food. I've done a ton of reading on fucoxanthin and it takes anywhere from six to sixteen weeks to start working (it has to build up in your body first). The reason I think the Fucothin is contributing to my weight loss is that I was losing steadily for seven weeks at a little over one pound per week average. Then, on weeks eight and nine, I lost two pounds per week - just around the time the Fucothin would have been kicking in. I'll check back and update this review to let you know what happens after this.

    A Boost to Your Weight Loss!

    I've been working really hard for a few months now - exercising, eating better, not eating after 8pm, taking supplements, etc. I added this supplement to my routine 2 months ago, and I do feel like it has boosted my weight loss.I first saw this product at my local health food store when an employee I trust suggested it to me.No, it won't work miracles. But if you are losing weight correctly and at a healthy rate, this will help increase that rate. I was losing about 2 pounds a week, and after I started taking this (3 pills 3 times a day) I'm losing around 3 pounds per week. It's staying off, and I'm not doing the yo-yo thing. It's nice to wear pants I couldn't fit into last year!Overall, I think it's worth a go, if you're into healthy weight loss. Just take it faithfully, and be patient with yourself. And good luck!P.s. I highly recommend weight watchers online to help you adopt some healthier choices!
