    Fine Taste, Great Results.

    A lot of reviews bashing the taste but to me its like those powdered hot apple cider packets but just less sweet.More importantly it has helped me in a few areas. I noticed after a couple weeks my Keratosis Pilaris, which I had always felt self conscious about but figured it was just there to stay, started to lighten significantly. Its still there but much less distinctly.More importantly I started taking it after I managed to bulge my L5 S1 disk and thought I should supplement the healing process a bit. I can't objectively say how much it helped but I healed quickly enough and after about 3 weeks of using this powder I notice a significant difference in both joint and muscle stiffness.I should say the difference was more noticeable when I fell off me regimen and suddenly started feeling much more achy and stiff.Lastly I love that the add the black pepper with the Turmeric as it is suppose to help absorption or something. Turmeric is one of those things I try to take daily but I don't care for the flavor much or taking capsules so its nice to get some this way.All in all I love the product!
