    Balanced mood support with ginger

    I use these on and off when I need a little extra mood support. I will probably stick to 5 days on and 5 days off, since taking them daily started to make me feel a bit too flat. I also like that it has ginger in it, because I have had nausea before from taking ashwagandha by itself.

    Seeing positive results already...

    I am dealing with perimenopause symptoms like low energy, my memory has been shot, a cortisol belly, among other things. I did research and ashwagandha supplement was suggested, especially for the memory and high stress. I have only been taking this supplement for about a week, so long term results I can't speak for. But so far, I am noticing more energy throughout the day, and not in a hopped up on caffeine type of energy. I genuinely feel more motivated to do things. So with that, my mood is definitely more positive and I do notice my memory is getting a bit better as well as my stress level. Now, I did take a few days off of work this week, so that could have helped the stress, too. And I have not experienced any negative side effects. I take it after breakfast so I have not had any nausea. The pill is large but I think it's comparable to a prenatal vitamin, so it's not terribly difficult to swallow and there isn't any taste.
