    Helps my son winddown!

    I've used this product a couple of nights so far, and it's been working. Of course we do a relaxing bedtime routine and I think that is needed for any child. Because even if given medicine, if they are overstimulated, it can have the reverse effect. But I noticed my son falling asleep, much faster using this and it's such a great thing that it builds up his immunity too!

    This stuff works!

    This stuff works! With all the fires and poor air quality my kids couldn't shake this congestion. I started giving them this once a day and within 2 days it was gone! It's technically a supplement you can give them everyday, which I do recommend because it did strengthen my kids immune systems.It does taste nasty - one of my kids didn't like it. But that's okay they still drank it for the benefits.
