    with magnisium and vitamin d3, they all help absorb calcium. and its natural. isnt it wonderful!plus, lack of calcium make you have muscle spasm and muscle problem for heart for digestion and even for bowel movement, plus memory loss. its horrible. i have all of these problems. life is so hard because of it. so i am so glad and grateful to be able to rely on this wonderful product.
