    Liquid; Not Pills

    This is the only iron I have been able to take in the past that my body could actually process, so when my mother-in-law became deficient and was put on a supplement in pill form I immediately ordered this. Her stomach couldn't handle the pill, but this is easily digestible and has noticeable results in just a few days. Love this plant based sourced and although it cost more than a bottle of FE, I will never grab the pill form again.
