    THIS STUFF WORKS

    This is my first Dropy review.For the past 2 years I been trying to raise my Vitamin D levels. At first I only took a multivitamin that has 1000IU of Vitamin D3. It only raised my Vitamin D levels from 32 in October 2016 to 34 in October 2017. Then October 2017 I began taking this Vitamin D3 2000IU. At the time my Vitamin D was 34 (deficient is anything lower than 30). I have not been super consistent, but for the most part I do take it most days. I just got my Vitamin D lab drawn and today my labs say I am at 45!!!For the most part from 2 years ago to today, I used to sleep 6 hours at best. Sometimes only 5 hours. I would stay up late and would not sleep well. Now, I sleep 7 hours on most days, sometimes 8 or 9. I wake up with energy, my moods are more stable, my brain works better. I have researched lots of Vitamin D3 and this one works for me the best AND both my kids and I enjoy the taste. I wont switch brands. I love there is mushrooms in this too. I will continue to take this until I reach maybe 50 or 60 in my Vitamin D levels.

    Vegan D3

    My favorite vitamin pill

    I have taken these for almost 15 years. I was diagnosed at that time with a very low vitamin D level. These vegan chewable tablets were a godsend to find then, and brought my level up to normal by the next physical. They are easy to chew and I like the mild slightly sweet citrus flavor.
