Quality vitamins
Convinced I don't get bit by mosquitos because of taking this. I've taken other B complex vitamins and didn't notice a difference, but I can tell when I don't take GoL B complex. I don't bruise as easily and I don't get sick very often, if at all, when taking this. I can't describe it, I just feel overall "better" taking it. Make sure you drink some gulps of water before taking these, they tend to get stuck for me, but not due to their size, rather, the capsule clings to any bit of dryness in your mouth or throat. Or take with something thicker than water.

Great B-Complex
I've taken B-Complex for over 30 years and swear by it. I have taken Life Garden for the majority of those years and on the rare day I don't take it, I definitely feel a difference in my energy level by midday. The only issue I've had, and it wasn't the product itself, is the last bottle arrived shattered. Since I have it on auto order, as you know, there is a small discount. Instead of shipping a new, undamaged bottle to me, they simply refunded the cost and told me to reorder a new bottle. That's well and fine, except I had to pay the increase in price for a one time order. I don't understand why I'm penalized for something I had nothing to do with. That aside, I will continue to take them.

Love these
I've taken this brand for years, maybe more than a decade. The thing I love about them the most is that they can be taken on an empty stomach without making you sick. Not at all. That's amazing. I don't notice them so much when I take them, but if I wait too long in between bottles, I definitely notice when I'm NOT taking them.
