    Great Flavor and High Quality Oil

    I love having coconut oil on hand. It has such a variety of uses in my household. I like to cook with it due to its high smoke point. I like using it instead of vegetable/canola oil and shortening in recipes. My dog likes a small amount in her food to help with her coat (I switch between sardine/krill/salmon oil and coconut for her Omegas). It's also a great conditioner for hair and skin. Garden of Life products are always dependable. Shipping was quick and addressed the need for temperature sensitivity (except deliver person left it right in the sun…thankfully, Alexa notified me that I had a package and was able to grab it before full exposure). I highly recommend trying this product out. If you are unsure, try a smaller size. Then when you want to order the larger size, make sure to leave explicit instructions for your driver.
