    Really works! Great after antibiotics.

    Helped with Candida Issues!!!!

    What can I say GARDEN OF LIFE IS KING!!!

    This stuff basically appears to be just kefir turned into powder.Kefir DEFINITELY takes some more to up keep an maintain if u wanted to take that optimal route which I DO SUGGEST u do that and eat the grains.BUT when ur in a bind this is a LEGENDARY convenient option u will be very pleased and it helps with so many health problems that are caused basically by eating fake food with POSIONS in it meant to de populate us but that's a story in itself 8))))I tottaly recommend this stuff in conclusion inless u wanna do Kefir types ect.Cheers 🤙👍🙋♂️
