  Premier vitamins label for living humans

  Living foods - and nutrients sourced from them and minimally processed - are uniquely structured for immediate uptake by cells and tissues. Sometimes I eat an all raw diet for this very reason, but it's hard to keep up indefinitely so when I'm not eating raw I take these vitamins.Until I tried these for the first time about twenty years ago, I thought of vitamin pills like a form of insurance - who knows if they help but they might. The day after I started on these (the daily multivitamin version) I felt significantly better - more clarity, energy, and comfort in my body. I'm convinced these are the best vitamins available.My only criticism is the amount of B vitamins. I think everyone goes for excessively high quantities of the Bs in their supplement formulations because it's the only way most people will notice that the vitamins are working: makes your pee bright yellow and gives some extra energy. Too much Bs makes me feel overstimulated, so for this reason I take about half what they recommend, and even less if I'm using their other vitamins - like calcium, C and iron - because some of these have Bs in them also.

  Bullet proof your belly, feed your health!

  Went from barely tolerating dairy to having no issues w lactose at all... Now I take 2-3 of the capsules before eating dairy & in addition to having a more regular, stable GI tract than I had otherwise, no food has ever been out of bounds for me since I began using this supplement pretty regularly. For years now its proven itself worthy of my digestive tract by bulletproofing it against all it's old foes. Given it's blend of ingredients are shown to be more effective than most brave brands are at nutrient absorption for the tons of vitamins & minerals this supplement provides on top of functioning as a pre/probiotic, when factoring in the many studies (some recent, others long-standing) that detail the many benefits good digestive health/a robust microbiome have on everything from cognition, to cardiovascular health & a well functioning immune system, I truly feel one can't go wrong here... They must ship/drive packed cold or they won't be effective! Can use as needed or as regularly as they suggest (or ideally, as your health provider directs)- they're certainly pricey, but even if not using daily, it's my experience that I've felt better using this supplement even on a semi regular basis than I do when not taking it at all.

  I ordered these and got the overnight shipping. I was aware that these may not get shipped with cold packs, so got the fastest shipping available which was overnight for $3.99 (thanks to Dropy Prime membership, I think). After I got the product, I wanted to make sure they were alive. I got two cups and put about 1/3rd milk into each cup. In the second cup, I opened 4 probiotic pills and poured them into the milk. I let the two cups sit overnight out in the open. The result...The first cup looked like normal milk, and had no change.The second cup with the Garden of Life RAW Probiotics in it? MASSIVE CARNAGE. LOL! The probitoics basically did their job, eating most of the milk sugar and stuff.I started using it regularly on the empty stomach. The first day, I did have a little gas but it was not bad at all. The second day, I felt nothing. The third day I felt super charged with energy, and felt in a great mood. I am happy with the results so far. I could have taken points off for the shipping not including a cold pack to make absolute sure they were safe, but they would be sweating the small stuff after my science experiment proved they were alive and kicking!
