    Best vitamin!

    I was skeptical at first. I started taking two capsules in the morning, and two in the evening. After a month, i really didn't notice a difference with regular one-a-day vitamins. That is, no energy, not feeling alert, not able to stay focused. So I went back to my regular vitamins for a month (Might as well...). Then I started back on these vitamins, but taking all four in the morning. I can honestly say it has made all the difference! I still was not convinced, so I went back to one-a-days for a month as a test. I am convinced now! These vitamins work for me. Some might say it's psychological. The mind is a healer, no doubt. But does that matter? What matters is the end result; me feeling better, and more enrgized! I definitely am buying these again.
