    love this vitamin!

    I started using this vitamin Jan 2, so its been about 2 weeks. I feel like I can get through my day with out a ton of coffee as long as I've gotten 7 hours of sleep or so. I also had had an on-going upper respiratory infection for a month before I started taking these and someone wrote that they hadn't had a cold in years, and my infection finally broke up after antibiotics did nothing. I do feel much more in control of my emotions and less stressed. My appetite has started to taper off (I used to feel like I was constantly starving.) As far as weight loss, as others have said, I've incorporated regular exercise (3-5 days a week) for the last month, which I feel like this has given me the edge I needed to push through, but I don't know if it would cause weight loss by itself. I also read someone said it helps with bloating. At the weight I am now I can fit into pants that didn't fit before, so I think it does help with water weight and balance that way. I'll update as I continue to use. side note: I have been experiencing a slight "cleansing" action- which I wasn't sure at first if it was something I ate one night, but it seems to be regulating my digestive system more than with just probiotics which I've taken regularly for years.****UPDATE******Its been just over a month and I can say for sure that I'm down about 8 pounds. My belly is so much less bloated/flatter. I've noticed a HUGE decrease in appetite. I'm not stress eating as much. Normally I would eat 2-3 servings of dinner and tonight all I had was a sandwich. Most days I would eat 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and then the big dinner, but today I had a couple slices of toast with some avocado, lunch was a wrap with some chips, and then my sandwich for dinner. That's IT! I work out 3-4 times a week, but the last couple weeks I haven't made it to the gym because of the snow. I'll continue to take this vitamin and update over the next few months. I'm so excited my pants fit again!

    Fantastic

    I cannot say enough about this product. I started taking these four years ago and not only have I not gotten so much as a winter cold since then, but it has built up my immune system which was weak ever since I was a child and my digestive system. This product contains everything your body needs to stay healthy and prevent sickness (for the most part.) I had tried supplements before and never experienced a difference in my health or physical appearance, so after wasting money and getting burned by crappy products I wrote the supplement industry off as a hoax. A nutritionist I worked with recommended Perfect Weight, and the results were so immediate that I forever changed my views. Vitamins and supplements are much more than a hobby to me at this point, and with the results I have found through research and experimenting, I know that this is the way of the future. I recommend this supplement to every one I know. Garden of Life is the one brand I never have to look into (although I do anyway) because they are ethical and their ingredients will only do good things for your body. I also recommend the D3 spray, which tastes very nice and got my D levels up from low to healthy with just one bottle. You will feel a difference with these products, regardless if you are a teenager or a more matured adult. And you do not need to take all four pills, one a day is enough to make a difference, but if your immune system is pretty weak, building it up with three or four pills a day will do wonders for you.

    Really Good Vitamins

    Garden of Life makes the best vitamins. They're easy to swallow capsules made out of whole foods. I notice if I forget to take them, my energy levels are down. They're also vegan which is great. My husband found this company 13 years ago when I was pregnant and I've been a Garden of Life fan since then.
