Bioavailable Energy Support Sourced Directly from Whole Foods

Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw B-Complex provides a comprehensive, highly absorbable blend designed to fuel mental clarity, physical stamina, and healthy metabolic function. Rather than relying on isolated synthetic vitamins, it delivers high-potency B vitamins cultured within a raw, whole-food matrix. Key highlights include B12 as methylcobalamin and active folate, which are bioactive forms that your body can utilize immediately without requiring complex enzymatic conversions. This makes it an exceptionally efficient daily option for supporting cardiovascular health, central nervous system function, and sustained cellular energy. What makes this 120-capsule bottle a standout choice in a daily wellness routine is its clean, gentle digestive profile. Rounded out with a raw organic fruit and vegetable blend, along with active probiotics and digestive enzymes, these capsules break down easily without causing the nausea or stomach discomfort often triggered by synthetic B-complex supplements on an empty stomach. Being completely raw, vegan, and certified gluten-free, it contains zero synthetic binders or fillers. The flexible capsules can also be opened and mixed into juices or smoothies, offering a smooth, dependable boost without caffeine jitters or late-day crashes.

I absolutely love this line of Vitamins

I've been using the Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw B Complex for a couple of years now, and it has become one of the supplements I regularly keep in my routine. I really like this line of vitamins, especially the capsule format and the combination of nutrients with digestive enzymes and probiotics. The capsules are easy to take and fit naturally into my daily routine without much effort. I've tried quite a few different vitamins over the years, but this is one of the brands I personally keep coming back to because I feel like it agrees well with me. I also appreciate that the formula is vegan, which is an added plus for me. Overall, I've had a very positive experience with the Raw B Complex and would happily continue using it as part of my everyday wellness routine.

I love this brand! I buy them over and over! Their products taste fine and the quality overall makes my mood better, I have more energy and helps me personally with some nausea. I believe it is quick absorption because I feel a difference not too long after taking! Non toxic with good ingredients are the way to go!
