    Defiantly recommend

    So I am really picky and don't take medicine or anything and I wanted a raw prenatle and these are great honestly never had an issue with these they don't taste horrible you take them with food and drink and it doesn't upset your stomach they are just really great and I recommend! I used with both my pregnancies and even take after pregnancy when breastfeeding really helped my milk

    This was my first prenatal during my first pregnancy and definitely and probably did a contribute to the healthiness of my baby. It's still my choice with my second pregnancy and I don't regret it. It's a little bulky to swallow so drinking more water helps.
