  Great Slip

  The scent is a lovely strong fruity scent which I personally love. Very very good for the price, only 5 dollars and the bottle is hugee, I was shocked when it came in the mail. I used this as a detangler thanks to the youtuber chazzisawesome and it worked beautifully. I have dense 4C hair with heat damaged ends and it helped my brush practically glide through my hair. She suggested this to be used with a shampoo brush and now that I have tried, I'm a believer. I'm not sure how it preforms as an actual conditioner, but as a detangler, issa 10

  Great Inexpensive Hair Conditioner

  I have fine, curly '2c-3b' hair that gets greasy easily. I've been trying to get my hair on a better track during quarantine and after some hair research, I discovered that I had to find a good conditioner with protein in it so I don't get hygral fatigue. Generally, I use a mix of low-end to mid-end shampoos and conditioners (brands like Paul Mitchell, Not Your Mother's, Sebastian) and wanted to incorporate another into the mix.I tried Garner when I was little and hated it. It left my hair weak, heavy, and dirty-looking. Imagine my surprise when this product did none of that. Instead, my hair felt strong, bouncy, and light. Whatever formula they've got now is much better than when I was a kid. The conditioner works through my hair nicely. Tangles aren't too hard to brush through, and I don't get fairy knots after either, which is a big plus.I usually use it with the paired shampoo in the same line, garnier pure clean shampoo, a leave-in conditioner or styler and then the garnier curl scrunch gel. Most of the time I air dry, but sometimes i blow-dry with a diffuser and it usually comes out a little better that way. It's not my favorite shampoo, but it's been a good one to add into the mix.I don't know how it would react to coarser hair types, but it leaves my hair strong and shiny, but not greasy. It's on par with some of my mid-end shampoos and is way better than some of the $1-$2 shampoos I've gotten at the drugstore.

  Great value for size and quality, great for thinner hair, smells good but STRONG

  I bought this because it doesn't have silicone in it and it is also the cheapest option I could find in comparison to hair conditioners that are $20+ if you're looking for silicone free. It does the job, but it isn't a thick conditioner. It is not runny either and it does condition my hair well but it isn't going to dramatically change the quality of your hair. The slippage in the shower after you apply it is nice, it coats the hair great. My only issue besides I wish it were just slightly more moisturizing is how strong it smells. It is like a fruit bomb went off in the shower. You will smell like a fruit basket for days after using this. It isn't terrible, and at first you're like "woah this smells awesome', but after a while it starts to smell weird since you get used to it. I mean, it is Garnier Fructis, so if you're used to the fruit smells of this brand then you won't be shocked. I do not use this brand often so it threw me off. However, for the value and the fact that it actually does condition my hair well enough then it is worth the buy for me. And just for clarification purposes, I have nearly straight, thinner hair that is prone to breakage and drying out. This works as a conditioner for me but I think in order to get optimal results I will have to use my split end repair cream more along with adding a little bit of castor oil to my hair and I would be golden. I also love my Aussie 3 minute Miracle leave in conditioner but I will have to do my research on the ingredients (just trying to make healthier choices with my products, but it's a struggle figuring out what actually WORKS, ammiright?)
