  2. Put on the provided plastic gloves.

    My best kept secret

    I bought PL2 from Garnier on a whim because it was on the clearance rack the first time I tried it and I fell in love with it! I dump the bleach powder, developer bottle and color gel in a bowl and mix it up with my own touchup brush. I apply to my jet black roots and 30 minutes later I am pure blonde again! I do use a mild toner afterwards but its my go to for root fix! A+ Garnier!
