    Great product for a first timer!

    The color is beautiful. The only criticism I have is that it should've come with a plastic cap and the after color conditioner should've come in a tube because the last bit of product would not come out due to the shape of the container. My hair felt really good afterwards and my ends looked as if I had just gotten a fresh haircut. However, my color was spotty because I didn't use the second bottle I bought. I have long hair and thought I could stretch the colorant for my entire head with just one bottle. It just wasn't enough to color my dark brown hair. But this was user error. I've seen a lot of negative comments about this product and I have a feeling the desired results were because of user error. Read and follow the directions people!

    The only brand I'll ever buy!

    I've been coloring my own hair for about 20 years now and I typically do it every 2-3 weeks. I rotate between the platinum black and regular black colors. I'm naturally blonde so when my roots start to show in the slightest bit I hate it! This stuff is gentle and effective. Covers the gray hairs and makes my hair super soft. I really like the conditioner that comes in the box. No strong smell and the dye is easily removed off the skin.
