    Make sure your nails are thoroughly clean. You'll need to buff the nail surface first, wipe them with alcohol, and let them air dry. Then you can apply the base coat. Using an LED/UV lamp for curing will speed up the process, and both are easy to apply and smooth. So far, it feels great. And it's very glossy.
