    Exactly What I Needed!

    This is the piece I've been missing in my nail care routine!! My nails are very thin but pretty moist. I can't keep polish - even gel - on them evenly for more than a few days. Chipping always occurs, and after three days, I can pull off any polish I apply. Putting one swipe of this on my nails just prior to polish did the trick. It successfully dehydrated my nails enough to cause NO chipping or peeling for a full week. Brilliant! I have already recommended this product to friends and will always keep a bottle on hand. Highly recommend!

    Easy to use

    I like to use this Glamonade professional acid free nail dehydrator on my nails before putting on semi-cured gel nail strips. I feel like it helps strip away any natural oils that may be lingering on my nails and effectively preps my nails to receive the gel nail strips. This is very easy to use. You just brush it on, much like you were brushing on nail polish. It just evaporates away and then your nails are prepped and ready to go. You can also use this under gel polish or under press-ons to prep your nails. This dries very quickly and so you can prep your nails rapidly and get them ready to go for your next step in your nail process. This is inexpensive and easy to use. I feel that it's a good value.

    Flows on nicely; want to try with their Acid-Free Primer.

    I have used nail dehydrators from a couple of other companies before this one, and I like this one the best; it's the easiest and most enjoyable to apply. The brush is longer and wider, and the solution flows on exceptionally well with good coverage in 2 or 3 swipes per nail. The top layer of the nail also looks different than the others I used, in a good way. It gets a very even sheen.It takes some weeks to know how well the acrylic gels adhere to the nails. I'm honestly not a good test case for that anyway- I admit that I haven't been using dishwashing gloves --- but a nail dehydrator helps me get my home manicure to last more than a few days and into a week or a bit more.I wanted to get some other products from Glamonade so I could follow their step-by-step instructions in the product description for doing gel nails. This acid-free Nail Dehydrator is the first step, and the second step is their acid-free Primer.What I can't understand --- and this isn't a bad thing, just an odd thing ---- why is the Glamonade Nail Dehydrator (0.5 Fl oz) on this product page $6, and on another Glamonade product page, they sell the same Nail Prep Dehydrator AND their Acid-Free Primer (each bottle is 0.5 Fl oz) for $6 for the pair?I'm glad I bothered to check the Glamonade seller page. I ordered the pair of bottles and look forward very much to trying them together, since you would expect their 2 formulas to play well together!
