    Well made, easy to use, holds a charge long enough, love the USB rechargeable feature

    Functions as described. Seems well made. The battery operated power pack works well, is easy to use and charges fairly quickly. I charge it after each use. The charge has never run out while in use. It's a lot more comfortable to use than the corded styles. I don't know if it's working as expected because my knee pain hasn't magically disappeared. I haven't used it for very long. I do feel a little less pain in the morning when I've used the red light therapy before bed at night. I'll update review after I give it more time.

    Relaxes Muscles, Soothes inflammation

    Red light therapyBelt is easy to use and provides gentle warmth and seems to reduce inflammation and relaxes muscles noticeably after about ten minutes of use. Product comes with velcro straps, which make it easy to wrap around your knee or an arm. You can set it behind your back or neck while you are resting or sleeping. Says product will work through thin fabric.But I feel best results against bare skin. I own several of these. One of them randomly quit working after a couple months. I contacted the company and they replaced it. I have recommended this product to several friends and relatives.And they've all purchased one, and like it too.

    It's just the right size to fit across my lower back along the sacral area

    On the advice of one of my health team, it was recommended I get this mat for my cat who is having some health issues and is struggling. The cat doesn't like it because I think at any setting it's too bright for her because she can see the infrared and she's just not interested in it.HOWEVERI love it and use it almost nightly. It's long enough to cover my entire sacral area or run from my hip down to my mid thigh. These are my tight problem areas. Definitely makes me feel better. I haven't really been using it to see if it changes the quality of my 65-year-old skin but frankly, I don't really care. It was a great buy for the price.

    Works great

    Easy to use with the attachable strap. Pad and strap are very light weight, has different setting for time and light strength. Is good for all uses, originally bought it to use on my dog for her back injury but I use it as well for sore muscles and low back pain . Easy to clean
