    I use this whenever I do physical activity. It keeps you from getting burns from friction. I have big legs and this prevents redness.

    Gold Bond, the BEST friction defense product

    The original one I bought was in Florida 2012 and lasted round 18 months with regular use...having ran out I tried everywhere to get the same product, and discovered it on here! Very reasonably priced considering it comes from America and arrived within 10 days. Very good product, stops chaffing and feels silky and smooth when running/jogging/walking. All round better than any others I have purchased in the past, expecting these 3 will last me a long time :-)

    Keep your skin from chapping or chafing -- get Gold Bond Friction Defense!

    Great stuff to keep skin from chapping and excoriating in creases at tops of thighs or beneath breasts, especially in hot, humid weather. Also great for protecting thighs from chafing in running sports activities. No odor. Non-greasy. Goes on easily.

    BEST ANTI FRICTION ANTI CHAFE

    Been Running 7 years, on average 6-8 miles a day (10k - 15k) I chafe terribly without some sort of lube or gel. I have tried everything and this product is hands down the best. Not only that but the value for your money isn't comparable. For instance Glide is 25$ for 42g... While this is $31CAD for 147g (3×49g) Highly recommend
