    It helps a lot!

    I managed to damage my right foot hitting a floor chest that had been there for 15 years! The little toe took the worst hit but I had nerve pain for over a month. It's overall better now but the toe will never ever be the same and I still, to this day, have random pain in this foot. When this medicated foot cream popped up I grabbed it. It's not a cure but it does mask the pain by numbing the area which helps. I put it on the top and bottom where the foot was affected and wait a few minutes for it to dry (then wash your hands, you don't want this stuff in your eyes!). I walk largely barefooted in the house and I do not find the cream to be slick or sticky, once it's dry I don't worry about slipping. The bottle looks small but you don't need a lot to numb the pain so I think it will last awhile. I'd say you could probably use it on other parts of the body as well (and I have on an elbow that gives me fits!). Totally recommend!

    Not just for feet

    I'm not sure why they market this just for feet. It's a lidocaine lotion, so it can certainly be used on your back, knees, arms, or wherever you need some pain relief. I was expecting this to be in a roller applicator, but I guess it makes sense that it's lotion since a roller might be harder to apply to your feet. I periodically get pain in my feet, just a part of aging, that may last a couple of days. I haven't used this on my feet yet, no pain there, but I did use some on my back. I like that the lidocaine lotion is not as ice cold as lidocaine patches. It helped relieve my back pain, so I'm sure it will help relieve my foot pain the next time I get it.

    non greasy, cooling relief

    I deal with plantar fasciitis, bunions, and foot fatigue. By the end of the day my feet can be achy and hot and it is hard to sleep. I put this on last night and the first thing I noticed was it was not greasy and seemed to absorb into my feet quickly. It does not have a cold feel like with menthol creams, but there was definitely a cooling sensation. Within a few minutes my feet felt more relaxed, not as achy and cooler. I didn't expect it to work that quickly. I have to say I slept through the night and my feet felt good in the morning. I was very excited by these results and intend to keep it close by when I travel and are on my feet a lot. It is a small bottle, so I cannot say it is not a bit expensive, but so far I would say it is worth the price.
