    Best cream for itching skin

    I have dry skin. It itches. If I scratch, it gets an eczema response. Cortisone based creams have done nothing. I apply this cream and the itching stops within a couple mins. I can't get the pump to work as the lotion is too thick, but I am happy to remove the top and thunk the bottom to get the lotion out since it is the only lotion I have found that works.
