good quality primer for kid's canvas board
bought this for my son's school art project on rigid boards. packaging was a bit dusty when the order arrived but the white acrylic primer itself is solid. just make sure to use it on rigid supports only and apply thin coats so it doesn't crack.
FAQs
What is sandable hard gesso?
Sandable hard gesso is a specialized professional acrylic primer formulated to dry into a hard, toothy white surface that can be wet or dry sanded to achieve an ultra-smooth finish for detailed artwork on rigid supports.
What surface are you planning to paint on?
This product is designed exclusively for rigid, inflexible substrates such as wood panels, hardboard, or metal. It should not be used on flexible stretched canvases because bending can cause the hard surface to crack.

Is this Golden Sandable Hard Gesso authentic and imported directly from the USA?
Yes, this is an authentic USA-imported professional art supply. Dropy sources its products directly from the United States to ensure Indian artists receive genuine, top-tier formulation quality.
What is acrylic gesso primer used for?
Acrylic gesso primer is used as a foundational liquid ground to seal, protect, and add tooth to a substrate, creating an optimal surface that promotes paint adhesion and prevents paint from damaging raw materials.
