FAQs
What is the best product to remove paint from carpet?
Goof Off Carpet Paint and Stain Remover is widely considered one of the most effective solutions for this task. It is specifically formulated to break down the chemical bonds of latex and acrylic paints without ruining the carpet texture.
Can carpet cleaners remove paint stains?
While standard carpet shampoos may fail on dried paint, specialized removers like this one are designed to dissolve the paint solids. Once the paint is loosened by the remover, it can be easily blotted away or cleaned with a regular carpet machine.
How do you get acrylic paint out of a carpet?
To remove acrylic paint, apply a dedicated paint remover such as Goof Off to the affected area. Let it sit for a few minutes to soften the dried plastic-like layer of the paint, then blot it away with a clean cloth until the stain is gone.
Is this Goof Off remover an authentic USA import for the Indian market?
Yes, all Goof Off products sold on Dropy are authentic imports sourced directly from the USA. We ensure that Indian customers receive the same professional-grade formulas used by tradesmen in America.
Does this work on old, dried-in paint stains?
Yes, this professional formula is specifically designed to tackle dried paint. For older stains, you may need to let the liquid sit for a slightly longer duration or perform a second application to fully clear the fibers.
