    Soothing and reduces puffiness

    I have paid $250 for under the eye cream to reduce bags and dark circles, and none of them have performed as good as this L'Oreal Paris revival lift. I put it under my eyes and I wait about 10 minutes and then I put on my make up. I will continue to be a customer of this wonderful product. It's a great cost and it functions outstanding.
