    Dog looks forward to them every day

    My dog loves these. She takes medication twice a day and she's been taking it with these chicken pill pockets for about a year. She still loves them!Also, her pills are smallish, and she's a small dog (12 lbs), so I divide each pill pocket into 4 pieces, so they last much longer.

    My dog seems to like these

    I haven't tasted them but they do smell good! They're huge so you can pull apart each pill pocket and get about 3 or 4 "servings" out of each one, which is what I do because my dog is small and needs two or three pills every day. They're caloric so you don't want to give a small dog a whole pill pocket more than once a day.

    Hides Pills Better Than Cheese or Peanut Butter

    I have a dog in CHF and he gets a ton of meds twice daily. These pockets make it super easy for us both. He loves them and actually does a happy dance when I pull them out each morning and evening (which makes me feel a tiny bit guilty). I break the pockets apart to bury different small pills in each piece. Anyway, I have zero problems giving him his meds, which wasn't the case when I was using cheese and peanut butter - he would eat around the pills, which drove me nuts. Now they are well hidden and covered by the strong pill pocket scent that he seems to love. His life is completely dependent on these meds, and I appreciate the ease of giving them to him this way and how happy he is to get the pocket. His brothers love them, too, though they get theirs sans pills. They work well as treats and a training tool when they aren't filled with meds. :D

    These are amazing!

    This is the only way my dog will take pills. She's oddly food-adverse and isn't easily enticed by treats. However, sneak a pill into one of these things and she eats it immediately! Yay for no longer having to roll pills into peanut butter and the mess that inevitably ensues. One word of caution about these is that they stink and are quite greasy (but I bet that's why dogs love them), so just wash your hands after and you're good to go!
