- Position your project on the target fabric area and apply heat using a heat press at 302 to 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 20 seconds, or use a household iron with firm pressure across every area. 5.
- Perform a warm peel of the clear backing film, and re-press if any edges lift.
