I read an article that it has benefits for dogs as well... also found recipes for adding it to my shampoo, to my face creams and mixing with aloe to help relieve aches and pains.... great stuff!!! UPDATE: I just went to my hair dresser for my 6 weeks appointment. As she was doing my hair she said "Oh, wow!!! You have a whole bunch of little hairs all over your scalp!!!" I was very surprised, she even took a picture. I am taking it for health, not for hair (but I do add it to my shampoo to stimulate scalp).
