FAQs
How big of a dog can fit in a 42 inch dog crate?
A 42-inch dog crate typically accommodates large dog breeds weighing between 70 to 90 pounds. Common breeds include Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Boxers, German Shepherds, and Siberian Huskies, allowing them enough room to stand up, turn around, and lie down comfortably.
Is it okay to cover my dog's crate at night?
Yes, covering a dog's crate can help create a cozy, den-like environment that reduces visual stimulation and helps your pet relax. However, ensure you use breathable materials and leave one side partially open or use dedicated interior bumpers to maintain proper ventilation and airflow.
Will this bumper fit a double door wire kennel?
Yes, this protective bumper is specifically designed to accommodate standard forty-two-inch puppy kennels that feature either front or side door access points without blocking your pet's entry.
