    Best toenail clipper

    I have tried several toenail clippers which ended up being Chinese garbage. This nail clipper is GREAT. Sharp and precise.I recommend this as it is a real podiatrist tool for home ise.

    Harperton's Nippit is a high quality tool that exceeded all my expectations in a toe nail clipper. I'm an old tool guy and fly tyer and I know a quality tool when I use it. The Nippit is both safe and easy to use. I held off buying it for quite some time because of the cost but after reading all the great reviews several times I decided to make the purchase after trimming the end of my toe with my old cheapy nail clippers, ouch. Now I actually look forward to trimming my toe nails because I really do enjoy using a high quality tool that does a great job. There is absolutely no comparison between the Nippit's style versus the regular old fashion nail clipper style. It is very easy to hold in your hand and easy to control. The way the tool is shaped it is also very easy to see exactly what you are trimming so it minimizes any mis-cuts. It is very sharp and takes very little pressure to make a cut. I really gave it a good look under a lighted magnifying glass and was very impressed with the workmanship of the tool. I'll never go back to the old style of nail trimmer. My old trimmer went into the trash can after using my new Nippit. Harperton's customer care is pretty amazing too. I haven't had any problems with the tool so I didn't need help there but they have a wonderful rewards/perc program that is offered in the manual that comes with the Nippit. I'll leave it at that, but I did have a couple of email exchanges with the company in regards to my satisfaction with their product and their goodie program and was super impressed with their customer care. They're a small family business and they offer the old fashion customer service that all of us old timers miss. If you're looking for a toe nail clipper or for any tool that Harperton makes then just buy it and you will be happy with your purchase. I am and am now looking at their other products because I know what kind of tool I'll get for my money. I'm a big Dropy Prime shopper but I've only left a handful of reviews even though I rely on them when I make my purchases. This was one of the few because their product and customer service were both super exceptional.

    sharp clippers, comfort grip, chomps through thick nails with ease

    So far, so good. I took a chance on these given the mixed reviews. But I like seeing that there is a lifetime warranty and 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I haven't had any problems yet and hopeful I don't. These have been good, strong clippers so far. I have been just using them for a few months so far (since 11/2019)My need for them: I have a couple of thick nails that need the extra oomph of heavy duty toe nail clippers. I have had a couple pairs of seemingly heavy duty toe nail clippers and they would all break within a year- usually the spring gives out between handles that give it tension.I like the handle- it is easy to grip, easy to add additional strength and pressure without feeling like it will slip out from my hand, also I sense that I don't need to muscle the clippers in order to make a clip. These are easier to use due to their handle coating.The clipping part if sharp and effective. I can cut through a thick nail with ease. I would only use these on my thick nails and prefer to use the other style I mentioned for my normal nails. I never use the weak little traditional nail clippers. No matter what I get, it is always some sort of steel toe nail clipper.I'll finish this review by saying that they are sharp, they are comfortable and easy to handle, be mindful of where your nail is before you make the actual cut- I find I need to back off a bit as these actually open wide enough for me to slip my thick nails into.

    Update, again! 9-10-18 I did receive a replacement item within a few weeks of my pair breaking. They shipped the replacement to me as soon as they saw the review. It just took me a while to remember to update my review! Still use these things daily Update! 2-02-18 Spring broke :( the description says there is a lifetime warranty, but no information to contact the manufacturer.. also harperton.com is brand new and under construction. Halp Initial buy 7-30-17: So far these are great, I use them almost every day (I pick at my cuticles constantly). Will update if anything ever happens, but I'm happy! Before i was replacing these every couple months because after the wear, they would break. Come in a great little pouch which I now use to carry regular nail clippers, my nail file, and tweezers in my purse.
