    I'm am a person who is grateful and appreciates tinctures with alcohol bases because alcohol is easier for the body to absorb rather than glycerin-based tinctures.I apply under my tongue or dilute in a small cup of water or juice. This is not to be taken straight up unless you are aware of the burning sensation from the alcohol but when diluted, it doesn't have a taste. I'm the kind to just apply under my tongue to try and get as much absorbency as possible before drinking water to wash it down.I'll be buying the ENTIRE SET of each supplement this brand provides bc I appreciate the research and knowledge put into this product! I used to have to go to Mexico just to find real supplements but now I finally found a brand I can stand behind here! Thank you!
