    Helps Decrease Night Sweats!

    I've absolutely noticed a huge decrease in night sweats after using this tincture every day for a month. I've had perimenopausal symptoms for the past two years and would often wake up drenched, but after just 30 days I've had major relief! The brand is known for creating very high quality products.It has not helped decrease bloating, appetite cravings or provide any calming effect, but every body is different so it might for other women. For calming anxiety. I use a tincture blend of hops, lemon balm, passion flower and California poppy.I'm an herbalist of 15 years and I can tell you the most effective way tinctures work for me is to take a whole dropper full straight under my tongue 1-2x a day for a couple months (results happen between 2 weeks and two months). If you stop using, the symptoms likely come back.Yes, it will smell and taste strong - the alcohol and the herb. That's the price to pay for feeling better. If you dilute it in water or tea, you're unlikely to receive effective benefits.I'll keep using it to see how it continues to help.

    More potent than the powder

    I have used the powdered form from banyan botanicals that was really effective for my mood, skin, and menstrual cramp relief. However I felt as if the results were still lacking as I was also looking for a more curvy hip area and wanted to lower any excess androgens I may have. While the powder for did not help my body and only face, this extract for actually makes my hips a little thicker looking which is a sign of estrogen. It also makes my skin glow just like the powder. Im going to assume the tincture is more potent which is why I get the more curvier bottom as well as opposed to the powder. Hopefully the results get better and better!

    Superb for perimenopausal support

    Shatavari translates roughly as "she who has a hundred husbands," and, well, it makes me feel pretty "feminine" in a way that the name would imply, lol! I love this extract, and highly recommend. Would likely enhance libido for women, generally. Also, leaves a slight, vaguely sweet taste in my mouth that's not at all unpleasant once it has been absorbed and in my system. I can usually tell about 30 minutes after ingesting on empty stomach. Highly recommend shatavari, and have used this brand with great results, even with other of their herbal extracts, too.

    Didn't think it functioned...at first..

    I didn't think it changed much until I started using daily.I know my hormones weren't balanced. I've been using it daily a few weeks ago. Noticed my period came on the same exact day I got it last month. Usually its 5 days early.I use the dropper and get it half full or a bit more..and put it into a lil bit of water. The flavor is awful....this way I can drink it and it dulls the flavor just enough.Definitely does something....just need to stick with it.
