- Select the appropriately sized strip and place it along one side of the nail. 3.
- Warm the strip with your palm to improve fit, then stretch it gently to cover the other side. 4.
- Use the wooden stick to press down the edges. 5.
- Cure the strips under direct sunlight (UV index 3 or higher) or a UV/LED lamp for 5 seconds to complete the hardening process.
