Simple upgrade to fresh NVR system
Needed to upgrade to new NVR system. Was able to change my hard drive to the new system and reconnect my old cameras and get my new ones configured which weren't compatible with the older firmware. Easy changeover.

Extremely straightforward to utilize and reliable help

Fantastic Replacement
I ordered the NVR set with cameras in 2022.They have been on non stop with no issues.The recorder finally needed replaced and I ordered this one.It is updated and more features than the old one I had.It was so easy to set up with all the cameras I have in place.I transferred the old hard drive to the new recorder with no problem.I did not have to reformat nor did I lose any video footage that was already on the drive.Climbed up to the cameras one by one and pushed the reset button and the cameras responded then paired to the new NVR. [Having a second person at the recorder and TV makes this much easier.] Kept the same password and login so all my devices such as tablets, laptops, and phones loaded just as if it was the old system.Great to get an updated NVR and even better that its so easy to transfer .Very happy to have all my cams back up and running again and in better quality.
