There's a trick to using these
I've experimented over the past couple years with multiple brands. I've found this among the best. That said, there's a trick to using these. These work best when you use these with the 4 gallon bags. That way, you can keep emptying the 4 gallon bags as they become full and empty this along with that every 1-2 weeks. Leakage happens when food stays in the bag for a long time. This set up prevents that.

Perfect
I love these! They fit our standard 13 gallon trash can perfectly. The fit was better than any bag I've ever used. It has a drawstring at the top which is well designed. The bag didn't leak at all. It was simple to take the full bag outta the can and draw it closed. Love it

Non-Toxic, Biodegradable, Strong
Just doing what we can to cut down on plastic use and save our planet :). These may be a tad more expensive than those plastic bags but considering that they are plant-based, non-toxic, and biodegradable, they are worth it. Just because they are non-plastic, it does not mean that they will tear easily. I mean, if you stretch it hard enough, they will tear just like those plastic bags but they held up very well for my everyday home use in the kitchen. No leaks, and no tears so far with my usage, and I usually change them out once a day or every other day depending on my trash and the drawstring held tight nicely as well. There is no funny or plastic smell with these bags so no worries there. They fit very well with my tall kitchen trash can 13-gallon capacity. Overall, I have had no problems with these bags so far for my regular home usage.
