    Nice company.

    The matte topcoat does dry perfectly matte! It goes on evenly. The included brush is just fair, but it's quite typical for what I would expect with dip liquids. It applies shiny (as it is a liquid), but it turns matte as it dries, so it's absolutely simple to see if the summit coat is dry or not. It also dries super quick, so you don't have to wait along at the end of your dip manicure.I didn't have this brand dip liquids for the base and activator coat, but it worked perfectly fine with another manufacturer. This is remarkably effortless to use that I think even a beginner to at home dip manicures would be successful with it.
