    Cost-efficient grass-fed bovine collagen

    I consume tens of grams of collagen every day, in my coffee or mixed in other foods, as well as in actual home-made bone broth. I use this collagen because it is an efficient way to attain amino acids not available in muscle meat. There is a slight flavor, but it is negligible in most uses and can easily be overcome with other flavors. This is not the collagen for making gummies because it does not gel-up, but it mixes easily into cold and hot beverages without becoming sticky and has never given me problems. I have ordered several of these over the last couple of years, as well as those from several other companies, as long as it is 100% grass-fed bovine collagen. Customer service and shipping seems to always be positively invisible. Thank you.

    Great value for n Lipoic Acid and better absorbed

    Cheaper than other brands and you get the better bioavailable sodium lipoic acid to help recirculate vitamin c and vitamin e. Take one per day. Since the na (sodium) version of lipoic acid is much more absorbable compared to regular lipoic acid you can take less. I was using another brand of na lipoic acid which was much more expensive- yes this does not have the trademarked (bioenhanced) wording but the ingredient listing seems indentical to the expensive trademarked brands.
