    Great alternative.

    This Horbäach oxygenated magnesium is an excellent alternative. The biggest well-known one was recommended to me by my professional who also uses it. Once I was out I knew I couldn't reorder because of cost. So I looked for alternatives and I found this. This is an excellent alternative and I have reordered several times now. I do feel the other one was stronger, but this one was pretty close so it's still worth it for me.I take 1-2 before bed usually with a decent amount of water depending on what I ingested that day. If I've had too much roughage or fiber, I don't need as much. If I took certain things or had binding things I'll take more. If I have major issues I'll take 3-4. It was easy for me to figure out my own rhythm, and if I keep my fiber up I don't have to take as many which saves me money.I rarely reorder anything because my body rejects nearly everything on this planet, and this is one that needs to be around. As long as the value stays where it is, I'll have this around indefinitely, thank you.

    Great product

    I won't go into detail, but this supplement works the way it should. I've tried a few different brands, and settled on this one. And I recommend it to my friends. Just add half to one teaspoon of lemon juice to your water (or beverage of choice) when taking the capsules, at least 30 minutes before bedtime, and at least 2-3 hours after eating your last meal of the day. The lemon juice enhances absorption and improves results. Great product!

    Careful! Don't get too far from the bathroom!

    Don't leave the bathroom! It was my most violent trip I think, but it works! I will consider a smaller dosage next time.
