    Gel-caps are substantial, but straightforward to swallow.

    I've been taking these MCT Oil caps for two months, and I cannot say I feel any different than before. But that's the case with most supplements. But I don't feel any worse, either. The gel-caps are fairly large, but easy to take with water. Caps do tend to stick together in the bottle, so I've learned to tap the bottle on the counter before attempting to dispense one. With that trick in mind, I have no complaints about these MCT Oil capsules.
