    I feel better than I have in years

    I've had abnormal liver function tests for years. They haven't been horribly off from normal, but enough the doctor diagnosed fatty liver disease. It's hard to describe the difference any other way than I just don't feel as yucky as I did before I had been on this supplement for 2 weeks.     Great as always

    You really need to take this on a consistent basis to be able to tell if this is helping with your liver detox. When I see the supplement through the pill. It makes me feel like I have better absorption. The pill is slightly bigger than others but it goes down very easy in the capsule. I take other supplements by this brand, so l trust them by the effects of the others. I cannot speak to energy improvement or inflammation. I just think I will always be tired. If you want to try milk thistle, I recommend this brand 10/10.

    Great set of ingredients, 30 day supply
