    Horbaach is a great company & this form of Magnesium doesn't cause GI upset.

    Wonderful Magnesium supplement. It doesn't cause GI upset. Most people are deficient in Magnesium & this is a great form to take if you're afraid of GI upset. It helps relieve leg cramps.Please check with your Dr before starting any new supplement. I love the supplements from Horbaach. They are usually the cheapest but the quality control is fantastic. I have never received a bad bottle ye & I'm a frequent customer.
