Tastes Great and Aided Me in Better Sleep!
I finally finished the whole bottle and here is my review. This stuff tastes AMAZING. It tastes like a slightly sour chewy candy with a hint of grape flavor, but it's not an overwhelming grape flavor.I was looking forward to taking it every day just because of how delicious it tastes! I appreciate that they use the chelated version of magnesium, which means that it has a higher bio availability than other types of magnesium, and that also means it's much easier on the stomach. It won't cause the runs like other types of magnesium can. And since it is chelated, it is much less likely to have to compete with other minerals that's in our food. That is importantly for me since I usually try to get more iron and calcium in my dinner meals. What I felt:The magnesium glycinate has really improved my quality of sleep by helping my legs to feel more relaxed and not like I constantly need to toss and turn from restless legs. I personally experienced the most benefits when I would take this in the evenings right before or after dinner. One serving is 2 gummies, so you get a 30 day supply here. So glad I tried these gummies out!

So far, so good? tbc...
I was interested in adding supplements and vitamins to my daily intake, as I switched to a vegetarian diet a couple years ago and I feel I'm not getting the nutrients I require. These have a sour grape flavor which actually tastes like grape and actually are a little sour, but not that sour to where they don't taste good. I take all my vitamins around meal time, so these sweet little dummies are almost like an after dinner mint, yum!The bottle arrived intact and sealed, with no irregularly shaped dummies. They were fresh, soft, and not stuck to one another. The bottle had an expiration of June 2027, around a year and a half of shelf life, which is plenty. There were no additional labels or stickers added to the bottle, which helps instill confidence that they are legit. To be honest, it's really difficult if not impossible to accurately observe any changes to my health or body after just one month. So I'm reordering more and will report back at a later time.
