  Clearer thinking and more energy

  I've been impressed with this MemoryIQ supplement. The recommended serving is two softgels. I usually prefer supplements that only require one, but this formula contains a larger dose than many others, so I understand why they had to split it into two. The softgels are easy to swallow.I noticed a difference from the very first day. My mind seemed clearer, and I had more energy than usual. One thing that really stood out was that I didn't have any of those moments where I walked into a room and forgot why I was there.   This supplement seemed more useful for stress when my mind won't shut off before bed

  This review is purely my experience using this product and should not be considered medical advice. Please consult with your doctor before adding this supplement to your routine.Horbäach has made a good product with their Memory IQ Brain Support. The primary active ingredient is phosphatidylserine, also known as PS. This supplement has been particularly helpful when my brain is feeling overstimulated, mentally overactive, or when my mind is racing, especially at night before bed. If your mind tends to stay mentally alert at night, this product may be of interest to you. Although this supplement isn't U.S. FDA-approved to treat any medical conditions, it's generally recognized as safe.Phosphatidylserine is known to support cognitive function and memory, but for me it has been more helpful for taking the edge off when my mind won't shut off, especially when I am ready to doze off. In addition, I did notice some improvement in my stress levels as well as better sleep when taking it before bed.The label states this is 55% phosphatidylserine, which tells me this is not pure PS. Most PS products nowadays are plant-based, which I assume this is too. It doesn't mention the exact amount of the active ingredient you are getting, and it doesn't clearly identify the source. That said, it still looks like a fairly simple PS-based product that isn't overloaded with unnecessary extras, aside from the usual softgel ingredients like rice bran oil and vegetable glycerin.This bottle has a 30-day supply and is taken twice daily, which I often split between the morning and again right before bed.I can see Horbäach Memory IQ Brain Support helping someone whose mind stays too active at night, although it also helps support focus and memory according to the product description. For me personally, it has worked better as something to help calm down my brain and as a mild stress reliever rather than as something that noticeably improved my memory.
