    Good daily supplement

    Seems to be time released, which I like. Good selection of vitamins, minerals, and supplements. Heavy on the B vitamins, suggested dose is 2 capsules. I took 1 a day and urinated deep yellow all day. More expensive than other brands.

    Great quality

    I took these vitamins for about three weeks and was able to tell the difference on how I felt better. They had good effects on my skin . They do have a smell to them, due to less processed additives. I do recommend the for the good quality and price. High in vitamin D and B complexity.

    Superb Multi! Superb Company!

    Outstanding ingredient profile. I've used these for quite a while now and will stay with them as long as they're available. It's simply amazing how affected and focused people are with the odor, especially grown men. This is not an air freshener. It's a coated tablet that's filled with health benefits. It's not the most pleasant but that's irrelevant. Swallow it.....end of story. There's no aftertaste so the one talking about being nauseous afterwards, completely ridiculous. Most do not contain the various blends added as this one does. I also take several other supplements from this brand because I've been so impressed over the years. It's also priced very well compared to the endless options available online. Highly recommended!

    Very good Multi vitamins

    The question: "How was the taste?" These are good quality multi-vitamins. They are to be swallowed with a glass of water quickly, so you do not taste them! They are loaded with a variety of vitamins and taste horrible like they always do. That is ok, for great taste try a good steak! I take these once a day.
