    I ordered this in June 2024, and it arrived safety-sealed with an expiration date of April 2027. I have taken the entire bottle without any noticeable side effects. Horbäach is a reputable supplement brand.The capsules are easy to swallow and free of any odd taste or smell. The manufacturer claims they are made in the U.S.A. and in a GMP-certified facility. The label says they are free from gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, preservatives, and artificial flavor, color, and sweeteners.As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.

    Affordable & Works Great!

    The mulberry leaf contains naturally occurring polyphenols and antioxidants to support general wellness. They may help support healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels, which is what attracted me to this supplement to try it. I have not been taking these capsules long enough to notice a significant difference, but I am hoping regular, long-term consumption will help. The recommended dose is 3 capsules a day. The capsules are a normal to large size and can be tough to swallow in the mornings. I typically take mine with dinner or a snack before bed (they recommend taking these with a meal to avoid stomach upset) as that is easier for me.There are 220 capsules inside each bottle, which makes this a 73-day supply. Kind of random, but I appreciate that I have a couple of months to judge how these are working for me before I need to reorder. I also appreciate that the bottle is full of capsules inside of mostly empty! The bottles are affordable enough that I will definitely be back to order more to see how the mulberry leaf works for me long-term.
