  Great option if you're looking to add a probiotic supplement to your regimen

  I have several Horbach brand supplements in my daily supplements already -- I trust them and have done a good amount of research to ensure they're a good quality brand. I have had no issues with them so far, and this probiotic supplement was no exception. As someone who has had stomach issues their whole life (and especially the past few years), I find that a probiotic supplement helps keep me more regular. For me, my stomach/digestive issues will come and go, but when I keep up on my supplements, the good times seem to last longer. So, I trialed the Horbach probiotic supplement, replacing my usual one from Life Extension, and I've not noticed any negative effects, and my stomach has been great. So, if you're looking for something that might help digestion, and help keep your stomach feeling more "regular", I'd say this supplement by Horbach is worth trying. It's priced fairly compared to similar offerings, and it's easy to take. So, I think it would work well for most people.

  Packed with some power!

  I had to give these a while to give them a fair review. 300 billion sure is a big number. 40 probiotics Strains! I did not see quick changes…. But then I think that's mostly true with probiotics for me. But, I have to say -stick with this one! It has changed my gut! The capsules are regular sized and easy for me to swallow. They aren't chalky. These are delayed release capsules and I think that makes it gentler on my stomach as they haven't given me any ill effects. I have used many probiotics in my older age and I think that these are less expensive than many, and more effective than many also.

  This is a 300 billion CFU probiotic with 40 listed strains across Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Lactococcus and Streptococcus. The label is detailed and lists the strain codes, which is something I always appreciate because it shows exactly what is in the blend. The serving size is two delayed release vegan capsules, and the bottle contains 30 capsules, so it lasts for 15 days.The strain distribution is clear. Two hundred billion CFU come from the Bifidobacterium group and one hundred billion CFU come from the Lactobacillus, Lactococcus and Streptococcus group. There is also an organic prebiotic fiber blend made from acacia, rice fiber and a rice extract blend. The capsules are easy to take and the formula is vegan, non GMO and free of gluten, wheat, milk, lactose, soy, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners and preservatives.I do not take probiotics regularly.
