Broad range of probiotics to replenish the gut

This probiotic supplement offers 31 different strains in two fairly small capsules, making it really easy to incorporate into your diet. It's proprietary in that the number of CFUs for each strain are not given, but it's such a wide variety that it's really convenient if you're wanting to support or reestablish a diverse ecosystem in your gut. With all the toxins in our environment, as well as the occasional round of antibiotics that can affect your entire system, I like to supplement with rounds of probiotics from time to time to make sure I'm going. This provides a diverse blend that I appreciate.I can't really tell if this been effective, since I generally don't have many digestive issues, but I certainly haven't had any unpleasant or adverse issues. And my understanding is that this brand has been around for decades, which gives me trust and confidence in the purity and effectiveness of the brand.

Excellent Value Probiotic With a Broad Blend of Strains

Excellent Value Probiotic With a Broad Blend of StrainsI've used a variety of probiotic supplements over the years, and what immediately caught my attention with this one was the combination of 60 billion CFU, 31 probiotic strains, and the inclusion of a prebiotic fiber in a single formula. On paper, it offers a lot for the price. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no noticeable taste or odor. I also like that they're delayed-release capsules, which are designed to help the probiotics make it through the digestive process. The formula is vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free, making it suitable for a wide range of users. One of the biggest positives is the value. Many probiotic supplements with similar CFU counts and strain diversity cost considerably more. Having both probiotics and prebiotic acacia fiber in the same product adds convenience and eliminates the need for multiple supplements. As with any probiotic, results can vary from person to person, and it may take some time to determine how well it works for your individual needs. The recommended serving size is two capsules daily, so the 60-capsule bottle provides a 30-day supply rather than 60 days. That's not a dealbreaker, but it's something worth noting when comparing products.Bottom Line: This is a well-rounded probiotic that combines a high CFU count, excellent strain diversity, prebiotic support, and an attractive price point. Easy to take and packed with beneficial ingredients, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to add a daily probiotic to their routine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Doing Its Job Quietly, Which Is Exactly What I Want

Supplements can be difficult to review because I don't necessarily feel a probiotic working, and I'm fairly certain that if my digestive system suddenly sent me a performance report, I would have bigger questions. What I can say is that I've had no issues taking this probiotic, it has been gentle on my system, and I feel like it provides good daily digestive support.Horbaach is a brand I have used and trust, and I appreciate the thoughtful formulation. Each serving contains a broad blend of probiotic strains along with 400 mg of organic prebiotic acacia fiber. I also like the delayed-release vegan capsules, which are easy to take and have caused no unpleasant taste, aftertaste, or stomach upset. One of the biggest positives for me is the clean ingredient list. There are no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives, and the formula is non-GMO and free from many common allergens. I prefer supplements without a long list of unnecessary fillers and added junk, so this fits well with what I look for.Overall, this probiotic quietly does what I want a daily supplement to do: it is easy to take, well tolerated, and simple to incorporate into my routine. I feel good about the ingredients and believe it supports my digestive health without making its presence known which, for a probiotic, may be the best compliment I can give.
